Emmi provides personalized running and fitness coaching, including training plans delivered over text message (SMS). Emmi is not a medical provider, and the Service does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

Messaging terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Emmi at the number provided. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
